In the Beginning……

So here we are….Mental Refreshment (insert applause here).  This site is dedicated to the sharing of all things insightful, amazing, timesaving, and streamlining - any type of change, alteration, modification, or tweak that I believe could add value, improve, or advance the business, social, physical, or economic well being of the readers I’ll post here.  Let’s face it, I just love surfing the net searching for better ways to do things so I thought to myself why not create a place where I can do something that I love while at the same time sharing with everyone the best of what I find.  With that said, I cordially invite you to take a seat - get comfy- crack one open and enjoy some Mental Refreshment….This round’s on me.
