Laughter Yoga

Here are a couple of videos that I’ve been waiting to post for a Friday. The first is just for fun and the second is a 5 min spot on laughter yoga. Seems kind of crazy to me, but a lot of people seem to really enjoy it.

I really hope that these folks don’t come out and do a team building event in my office.
